The outside of each bottle is cleaned during our preparation/customization process. After cleaning the exterior, the bottle is rinsed.
Although the bottle has been rinsed, it has NOT been fully washed or sanitized for drinking use. We strongly recommend thoroughly washing the bottle, lid, straw, and all drinking surfaces with soap and water before first use.
For best results, wash your bottle immediately upon receiving it and before adding any beverage.

The water bottle looks great. All the lines on the design are extremely straight. Came with an additional screw top. Opted for some extra customization and my request was done perfectly. I was impressed with the final product and how IERC sized everything to fit. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a customized water bottle.
