IERC Scaler – Return & Refund Policy

At IE RC Scaler, we are committed to delivering high-quality RC parts and exceptional service. If something is not right with your order, we will do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • All packages must be unopened

  • Items must be in original, unused condition

  • Packaging must be fully intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or special-order parts

  • Installed, modified, or used items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Gift cards


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.


3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

Approved Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund


4. Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to provide an exchange.

For preference-based exchanges (such as selecting a different item), the fastest method is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not yet shipped. Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled.


8. Warranty Information

Some products may include manufacturer warranties. If applicable, warranty details will appear on the product page. Contact us for assistance with any warranty claim.
